If you have never been through Insights Discovery®, I would rather you experience it than read about it. You complete a short online evaluator, receive your full personal profile, and then we sit down, one to one, and walk through what it says — and what to do with it.

01 · THE EVALUATOR
A short online evaluator — twenty to thirty minutes, completed on your own time. One note that matters: register with your official organization email address, because your evaluator is issued against it.
02 · YOUR PERSONAL PROFILE
Your full Insights Discovery® personal profile — Foundation and Management chapters — an accurate, memorable picture of how you prefer to work, communicate, and decide.
03 · THE DEBRIEF
Sixty minutes, one to one, with me. We walk through your profile together — what it names, what it misses, and what you do with it on Monday. Most people find this conversation is where it becomes real.
How it works
Start to finish, about a week.
1 · Register
Use the button on this page. Registering opens the KNOW Online Learning Center: your course, plus a look around the center itself.
2 · Open your course under MY DASHBOARD
The Getting Started module is the first thing you will see, and it holds your instructions for requesting your Insights Discovery® evaluator.
3 · Complete the evaluator and schedule your debrief
Twenty to thirty minutes for the evaluator, then pick the time that works for our conversation. Your profile arrives as part of scheduling, so you can come having seen it — or not. Either way works.
4 · The conversation, and what opens after
Sixty minutes together, walking the profile. The remaining course modules open as you go, so the experience keeps unfolding after we talk.
