For Accredited Practitioners
The session lands.
Then Monday happens.
You have watched it. The room opens up, people recognize themselves, someone says the thing they have been sitting on for two years. Then the profile goes in a drawer and the language fades by the second week.
Insights shows you how you're wired. KNOW builds the self-leadership to act on it under pressure.
This is not a gap in the tool
Insights Discovery® does what it is built to do. It gives a person accurate, well-evidenced language for how they are wired, and it does it in a way that people accept rather than resist. That is genuinely hard, and the profile earns its place.
What a profile cannot do — what no assessment can do — is stand next to someone at 4pm on a Thursday when a colleague says something that lands wrong and their default fires before they have finished reading the room.
Recognition is one event. What happens under pressure is a behavior, and behaviors are built by practice. The distance between those two things is where most of the value of a profiling engagement quietly leaks away — not because the work was wrong, but because nothing structured came after it.
You have probably already tried to close it
Most practitioners have. Each of these works, and each has a ceiling.
The follow-up session. Real value, and it depends entirely on you being in the room. It does not scale past the number of days you can sell, and the gap between sessions is still unstructured.
The team language. A team that keeps using the energy vocabulary holds onto something real. Vocabulary on its own does not change what anyone does once the stakes go up and the words stop being easy to reach for.
The manager cascade. Powerful when it works. It asks managers to become practitioners of something they experienced once, without giving them a structure to practice from.
Building your own follow-through. Many practitioners do. It works, and it costs you the weeks you spend building it and maintaining it — and it lives and dies with your calendar.
The KNOW Model©
Four moves, run as a cycle
Not a second assessment. A practice structure that takes what the profile surfaced and gives a person something to do with it, repeatedly, in the moments that actually test them.
Knowing
Catching the signal — the physical, pre-verbal evidence that you are responding to something. The signal is proof that you are responding. It is not yet proof of what is real.
Naming
Putting precise, provisional words to what is actually at stake. A claim to test, not a verdict to defend.
Observing
Reading how the default is landing on the people in front of you. Their response is data about the effect, not a verdict on the person.
Willing
Choosing to bring more or less of a color energy to a moment, to strengthen how you connect, communicate, and collaborate. Then checking how it landed and choosing again.
The organizing question underneath all four moves: Is my default helping or hurting how I connect, communicate, and collaborate?
What this is not
Not a competing assessment. KnowviaME does not profile anyone. It assumes the profiling work has already been done, by you.
Not a replacement for you. Seats are only sold to or through accredited practitioners. There is no path for an organization to buy this and cut you out — that is a structural decision, not a courtesy.
Not about developing a weaker energy. Insights Discovery® measures preference, not skill. No energy is better than another, and nothing here asks anyone to move on the wheel or become a different person.
Not an Insights product. KnowviaME is designed to complement and extend the Insights Discovery® experience. It is independently built and independently owned.
Bringing it into your work
Two situations, and the conversation looks different in each.
If you are accredited inside an organization
You already know where the drop-off happens, because you are still there in month six watching it. You have also probably been asked some version of we already did Insights, why are we spending more on this.
The case that tends to land is not that the profiling was insufficient. It is that the organization has already paid for the recognition and is currently getting a fraction of what that recognition could become. The spend is on protecting an investment already made, not on starting something new.
If you deliver into client organizations
Your engagement has an end date, and the value you created starts eroding the day after it. Clients feel that, which is part of why re-engagement conversations are harder than they should be.
A structured practice layer extends what you delivered past your last day on site, gives you something concrete to return to at three and six months, and changes the shape of the engagement from an event into a program — without asking you to sell more days than you have.
What you are not building yourself
Membership gives you the practitioner layer — the delivery guidance, facilitation designs, and session materials that sit behind the learner courses. The courses run without you in the room; the practitioner materials are for when you are.

Start with a conversation
Every practitioner starts the same way — with a call. Tell us about your practice, the engagements you are running, and where the drop-off happens for you. We will work out what fits.
